Tianjin Baolai Steel Industry Group Co.,Ltd is one of the earliest steel pipe enterprises in China to enter the international market. Xi'an Airport A380 Hangar 

The Xian Airport A380 Hangar is a state-of-the-art facility built specifically to service the Airbus A380 aircraft. It is located at Xianyang International Airport in China and serves as a hub for many of the world's largest airlines. Baolai was appointed as the steel pipe supplier for The Xian Airport A380 Hangar, and it is a great honor to participate in the construction of this project.


The hangar has a capacity of servicing up to three A380s simultaneously, making it the largest and most technologically advanced facility of its kind in the world. It has a total area of 153,000 square meters and a height of 35 meters, making it capable of accommodating even the largest of aircraft.The hangar's design is based on the principles of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, equipped with a range of advanced technologies such as solar panels, rainwater collection systems, and recycling facilities. It also features a range of advanced maintenance equipment and tools, including high-tech lifts, cranes, and aircraft towing vehicles.


The Xian Airport A380 Hangar is a testament to China's commitment to innovation and technological advancement. Its construction has positioned the country as a major player in the global aviation industry and has enabled Xian Xianyang International Airport to service some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. 

Xi'an Olympic Stadium

The Xian Olympic Stadium, also known as the Xi'an Olympic Sports Centre, is a multi-purpose stadium located in Xi'an, China. It was built for the 11th National Games of China and was completed in 2011. The stadium has a seating capacity of 57,000 and covers an area of 108 hectares.


The design of the stadium is unique and inspired by traditional Chinese architecture. The main structure resembles a giant bird's nest, with a lattice-like exterior made of steel and concrete. With its own high-quality steel pipe products and good reputation in the industry, Baolai has successfully become a supplier. This design provides natural ventilation and reduces the need for air conditioning. The stadium also has a retractable roof, which allows events to be held in any weather conditions.


The Xian Olympic Stadium has hosted several international sporting events, including the China Open tennis tournament and the AFC Asian Cup soccer tournament. It has also been used for cultural events, concerts, and exhibitions. In addition to the main stadium, the sports center also includes several other facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, and a track and field stadium.

Tianjin Binhai Airport T2 Terminal

Tianjin Binhai International Airport Terminal 2, also known as TBIA T2, is a new terminal that was opened in 2014 to handle the growing passenger traffic at Tianjin Binhai International Airport. The terminal is located to the east of Terminal 1 and covers an area of 336,000 square meters, with 41 boarding gates and 104 check-in desks. Through hard work, Baolai has successfully provided steel pipes for the construction of Tianjin Binhai Airport.


TBIA T2 is designed to handle up to 22.5 million passengers annually, making it one of the largest airport terminals in China. It is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a high-speed Wi-Fi network, duty-free shops, restaurants, lounges, and other travel amenities. 


The design of TBIA T2 is based on the concept of a "flying seabird," which reflects the airport's location near the Bohai Sea. The terminal features a curved roof with undulating lines that resemble the wings of a bird in flight. 


TBIA T2 is connected to Terminal 1 and other airport facilities by a shuttle bus service and a pedestrian walkway. It serves as a hub for several major airlines, including Hainan Airlines, Tianjin Airlines, and Okay Airways, among others.

Beijing Shougang Coal Shed Reconstruction

The Beijing Shougang Coal Shed Reconstruction is a project aimed at transforming an old coal storage facility into a modern cultural space. The site, which is located in the Shijingshan District of Beijing, was formerly used by the Shougang Group, a large steel company, to store coal for their operations. After the renovation, Shougang was also used as the venue for the Beijing Winter Olympics skiing event in 2022. Baolai was very fortunate to be one of the steel pipe supplier of this project.


The project, which was initiated by the Beijing Municipal Government, is part of a larger plan to rejuvenate the Shougang Industrial Park and turn it into a center for innovation and culture. The coal shed, which covers an area of 185,000 square meters, will be transformed into a multifunctional space that includes exhibition halls, performance venues, and recreational facilities.


The design of the space will be based on the principle of sustainable development, with a focus on energy conservation and environmental protection. The renovation will also preserve the historical and cultural significance of the site, which played a key role in the development of China's steel industry.


The Beijing Shougang Coal Shed Reconstruction is expected to become a landmark cultural space in Beijing, attracting visitors from all over the world. The project is scheduled for completion in 2021.
